Terms and Conditions
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable.
Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:
1. This unit has an age limit of 14 years. Please ensure NO-ONE over this age uses the equipment.
2. No food or drink to be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid choking and mess).
3. All shoes, badges, jewellery MUST be removed. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.
4. NO face-paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string must be used near or on the inflatable, as they can make a terrible mess and permanently stain the unit.
5. NO smoking, fires or barbecues near the inflatable.
6. No pets allowed on the inflatable.
7. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and MUST NOT be allowed.
8. A responsible adult MUST supervise the inflatable at all times.
9. Please ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded. Limit the number of users to allow enough room for each child to play safely. Try to avoid small and large children using the inflatable at the same time.
10. If the inflatable is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains.
11. NEVER switch the blower on/off whilst the inflatable is in use.
12. Please DO NOT allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step. The step is there to help users get on and off.
13. Please ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems use the inflatable.
14. DO NOT allow users on the inflatable during inflation and deflation.
15. In the event of heavy rain it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off. When safe to reuse switch back on and towel dry any remaining wetness before allowing children back on.
16. DO NOT spray water near the electrical blower.
17. Children SHOULD NOT be allowed near where the fan and electricity supply is situated.
18. Please ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
19. If the inflatable fails for whatever reason evacuate immediately to prevent injury.
20. Occasionally check that the inflatable is securely pegged down.
21. If it becomes windy during your hire period monitor the situation closely and check anchor points every few minutes for stability. If in any doubt clear the inflatable of users and switch off immediately.
22. Once castle is erected by us it is not to be moved for safety reasons and insurance purposes.
23. Please note that if the inflatable is dirty or damaged when collected the hirer is liable for the full repair or cleaning costs.

The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
